Assistance Post-sales

  • How to track my order?
  • To track your orders, simply on the “My Account” tab, fill in your order details and check the status of your delivery, Still, if you are not able to check the same, please email to care@dasaniconnoisseur.com with your order number, name, contact number and your registered email id.

  • What is the procedure to get back the differential amounts?
  • The difference will be credited to the same account from which the payment is processed. In the case of the COD option, the difference amount will be to the account shared by you which has to be mailed from your email id or mobile number.

  • How many days it takes for credit of the refund?
  • It generally takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

  • Can I get an exchange for more than one time?
  • No, we are not able to help you with the exchange that happened more than one time.

  • Can I order my desired jewellery?
  • Yes, you can request on all our social media platforms for all your desired jewellery. We will try to help you with the same.

  • What is try at home option?
  • This is a special service that you can avail for your favourite designs just at your comfort zone in your home. Select your favourite design and schedule your appointment at your convenience.

  • Which are the cities in which this service is available?
  • Try at home service is available currently at all cities in UAE.

  • Does try at home service incur any charges?
  • No, this service is free to try.

  • Can I try all the products mentioned?
  • You can try only those products that are available location wise. Sometimes the products you selected might not be available in stock, in that case we will place a custom order.

  • How many designs I can try in one appointment?
  • You can try a maximum of 10 designs in one appointment. For more designs, you can call or whatsapp at +971 55 698 7579.

  • How try at home service executed?
  • Our consultant will visit your home with selected designs as per your fixed appointment.

  • Can I avail this service in my office?
  • Definitely, while entering the location for the appointment, you can mention your office address.

  • If I like any of those designs after trying, can I place the order then and there?
  • Absolutely yes! You can place the order for your selected designs on the spot with our consultant.

  • Are the jewellery sent for a trial real diamond?
  • Yes, the jewellery we send for a try at home option is all real diamond jewellery.

  • Is the consultant taking appropriate measures for the pandemic situation?
  • Our consultant is completely sanitized wearing a mask and gloves. Continuous monitoring of the temperature is done and checked thoroughly for the infection.

    The bag, devices, kits, and all the other materials are sanitized properly. They will maintain proper social distancing.
